Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy chinese adults of the Han Nation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with present and/or previous infections of palvis and lower extremity, such as osteomyelitis infectious arthritis tuberculosis and other unusual infectious; 2. with present and/or previous tumors of palvis and lower extremity, such as benign bone tumors and nonneoplastic conditions simulating bone tumors, benign/aggressive tumors of bone, malignant tumors of bone and soft-tissue benign/malignant tumors; 3. with present and/or previous nontraumatic soft-tissue disorders of palvis and lower extremity; 4. with present and/or previous nontraumatic congenital and/or developmental anomalies of palvis and lower extremity, such as congenital clubfoot, congenital dislocation of the patella, congenital and developmental dysplasia of the hip; 5. with present and/or previous osteochodrosis and/or epiphysitis of palvis and lower extremity; 6. with present and/or previous nervous system disorder of palvis and lower extremity, such as cerebral palsy; 7. with present and/or previous fractures and/or dislocations of palvis and lower extremity; 8. with present and/or previous fractures sports injuries of palvis and lower extremity, such as cruciate ligament and manisci injuries; 9. with present and/or previous peripheral nerve injuries of palvis and lower extremity; 10. with present and/or previous disorders of the spine, such as fractures, dislocations, and fracture-dislocations of the spine, scoliosis or kyphosis, lower back pain and disorders of intervertebral discs; 11. will or have received surgery of spine, palvis and lower extremity.
