Interventions

1:Only radiotherapy of SIB-IMRT. Radiotherapy dose: GTV: 5Gy*15, CTV: 4Gy*15, PTV: 3Gy*15. One time a day, five times a week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Limited peripheral non-small cell lung cancer; 2. General state of health: ECOG 0-1 grade,life expectancy>=6 months; 3. Age: 18-75 years, male or female; 4. No radiotherapy history; 5. No serious complicatin; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With other carcinoma history; 2. Pregnant or lactational women; 3. Potentia generandi without contraception; 4. Other serious diseases; 5. Participated other clinical trials in 4 weeks or at present.
