Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IgAN in children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance rate 140umol/L (1.5mg/dL); 2. long-term use of cyclosporine; 3. patients who are allergic to mizoribine seriously; 4. the white blood cell count <3,000/mm3; 5. serious complications of liver, kidney or blood system.
