16 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 16 to 70 years old; 2. diabetics(including type 1and 2); 3. good compliance to diabetic treatment an ophthalmological examinations; 4. informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. serious complications of diabetics(e.g.ketosis. hypertonicity coma, diabetic uremia); 2. obvious cardiac insufficiency (NYHA 2 or 3), or renal nsufficiency (Cr>200umol/L), or hepatic insufficiency (twice or more of nomal limits of GPTor GOT); 3. history of intraocular surgeries; 4. with glaucoma,uveitis,ocular fudus disease like retinal detachmentand hypertensiveretinopathy; 5. those who are already taking part in other clinical trials.
