18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma by histology and immunochemistry based on WHO 2008. Patients recieved at least 6 cycles of R-CHOP(or CHOP like) regiment without CR or either new lesion detected or enlargment of original lesion; 2. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) status 0-2; 3. All patients have to sign an informed consent document indicating that they understand the purpose of and procedures required for the study and are willing to participate in the study; 4. Estimated survival time > 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnent or breast-feeding women; 2. Active systemic infection requiring treatment and patients with known diagnosis of HIV or active hepatitis B; 3. Serious medical or psychiatric illness likely to interfere with participation; in this clinical study.
