Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The same lesion site (such as the neck, or trunk, or limbs) at least three in patients with stable vitiligo.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced vitiligo; 2. Patients with vitiligo who have skin lesions at the lower part of the face, palmoplantar, and finger (toe) pain thresholds; 3. Patients with vitiligo who can not tolerate fire needle treatment; 4. Patients with lesions Ulcer, erosive vitiligo patients.
