6 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group A: 1. Anterior teeth with crown-root fracture; 2. The distance from the fracture line to the apex should not be less than 12 mm; 3. At least one neighbouring sound tooth without pathologic mobility; 4. Root fractures confined to the cervical 1/3 of the root; Group B: 1. Multi-root tooth with single root root fracture; 2. Tooth mobility within I degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Group A 1. Root fractures exceed to the cervical 1/3 of the root; 2. Anterior teeth with crown-root fracture with horizontal or vertical cracks or crushability root fracture Tooth extraction taboo; Group B: 1. Periodontal condition is not good, loose exceeds I degree; 2. Tooth extraction taboo.
