Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gastrointestinal lesions, including submucosal tumor and mucosal pathology prompt high grade intraepithelial neoplasia, and the lesion diameter greater than 1.0cm, and we fully communicated the patients and their families with the presence intraoperative and postoperative risks and complications in surgical approach (ESD), and we carried out this procedure after signing the consent to it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude tuberculosis, diabetes, cirrhosis, coagulation disorders and other underlying diseases preoperatively.
