18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients are older than 18 years old, less than 70 years old; 2. Imaging (CT, MRI) before surgery show that: chronic pancreatitis with mass in the head; 3. The patients have typical chronic pain in upper abdomen and back.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative or intraoperative examinations prompt benign and malignant pancreatic occupying patients; 2. Poor physical condition, they can not tolerate anesthesia and surgery,such as: severe heart and lung disease, coagulation disorders, renal insufficiency; 3. Associated with other diseases that unsuitable for the study considered by researchers
