Female
Age
20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. less than 40 years old; 2. less than 3 years from menopause; 3. not combined with male factor; 4. sporadic POF; 5. secondary amenorrhoea; 6. ovary size larger than 1*1cm by TVB.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of pelvic surgery; 2. combined with serious disease, such as heart diseases, diabetes, hypertension and hemorragic diseases that could not bear surgery.
