Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age no older than 45 years; 2. diminished ovarian reserve; 3. antral follicle count (AFC) 1-3; 4. previous IVF/ICSI; 5.previous ET failure cycle <3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. clinically significant systemic disease such as renal failure; 2. PCOS; 3. endometriosis grade 3 or higher; or 4. any contraindications to ovarian stimulation treatment.
