Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient meets the acute pancreatitis standard of Western medicine; 2. Patient meets the symptom differentiation standard of Chinese medicine; 3. 18-80 years old; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver or kidney disease; 2. Late-stage cancer; 3. Abdominal surgery, post-ERCP, acute infectious diseases, drug or parasite-induced acute pancreatitis; 4. human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 5. Get the treatment but unexpected death within 72 hours or incomplete treatment course; 6. Lesser amount of getting examination times; 7. Patient does not agree to participate, or not with the treatment.
