Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation, aged 18-85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fever caused by various causes, body temperature higher than 37.4 degree C; 2. Infected, More than moderate anemia, hyperthyroidism, tumor, expected survival <1 years; 3. History of cerebrovascular accident; 4. Atrial thrombus,tructural heart disease not corrected, hypertrophic or restrictive cardiomyopathy; 5. Acute coronary syndrome.
