Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed of APL; 2. Patients younger than 18 years old; 3. Patients with normal heart function; 4. Patients who have signed the Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient diagnosed of APL relapsed after using arsenical; 2. Be allergic to arsenical; 3. The family members couldn't understand or follow the trial; 4. Contraindications of using anthracycline-based chemotherapy drugs; 5. Other situations that hinder the research.
