Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologic confirmation of malignancy (primary or metastatic tumor); 2. Castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC); 3. Patient must have 1-3 asypmtomatic metastatic tumor(s) of the bone or soft tissue; 4. Patient may have had prior systemic therapy and/or ADT associated with treatment of their primary prostate cancer; 5. Patient must be = 18 years of age, have the ability to understand, and the willingness to sign, a written informed consent document; 6. Patient must have an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status = 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. can not tolerate RT because of seriously pain or other diseases; 2. life expectancyx< 6 months
