15 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 15 to 65 Years; 2. Corticosteroid-resistant,Primary or second-line medications were effective, but they were not effective after reduction or discontinuation, or Relapsed ITP; PLT>30×10^9/L; 3. Completed the examination of hepatitis virus, T cell subset, ANA, platelet associated immunoglobulin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Thalidomide allergy; 3. Drug-induced thrombocytopenia; 4. virus-induced thrombocytopenia, such as HIV, hepatitis B virus, or hepatitis C virus; 5. Active systemic infection; 6. Complicated by tumors or other autoimmune diseases.
