18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 2. Consistent with the 1999 diagnostic criteria(WHO) for type diabetes mellitus; 3. HbA1c>7.5% nearly 1 months; 4. currently acceptance under Standardized of hypoglycemic drugs treatment; 5. Subject to informed consent, willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes or specific type of diabetes Patients with more than 2 episodes of hypoglycemia and 3 times higher blood sugar values than those with low blood sugar levels in the past 1 months; 2. Pregnant or prepar for pregnant or lactating; 3. People with mental disorders, cognitive impairment, or uncooperative patients; 4. There were complications of severe diabetes mellitus (Hyperplastic retinopathy the severity is more than that of stage IV nephropathy or creatinine>2mg/dl or 177µmol/L NYHA class III diabetic footclass I); 5. Combined with systemic diseases such as heart, brain, liver and hematopoietic system or Other serious diseases that affect the quality of life; 6. Patient who was suffering from hepatitis B and other infectious diseases; 7. Patients who are participating in other studies.
