18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~40 years old, with the height of 160±10cm; 2. The pregnant women did not merge with other serious chronic diseases; 3. The liver function,creatinine,urea nitrogen, HIV/HCV and ECG of the pregnant women were normal; 4. The color Doppler ultrasound did not indicate abnormalities and malformations of the fetus before entering the trial; 5. OGTT and OGIRT tests indicate gestational diabetes or gestational hyperinsulinemia; 6. Fully understand the content of the test,be voluntary of the test and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have been diagnosed of diabetes mellitus(type 1 or type 2) before enrolled; 2. Patients with Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia,tumors,organic heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, polycystic kidney disease, mental disease, tuberculosis and other chronic diseases,such as HCV or HIV; 3. Patients had drug history of glucocorticoids,estrogen,progesterone or insulin within 3mouths; 4. Screening tests indicated that the patient was without gestational diabetes mellitus or hyperinsulinemia; 5. Patients who were unable to cooperate the follow-up; 6. Others: 1)patients who were recently enrolled another clinical trial; 2)the researchers considered the patients were unsuitable for clinical trials.
