Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18-70 years; 2. diagnosed squamous cells esophageal cancer by pathological examination; 4. Stages II to III; 5. No treatment history; 6. Tumour size detectable; 7. ECOG=2 scores; 8. Except survival time at least 6 months; 9. WBC=4×10^9/L, ANC=2×10^9/L, HGB =90 g/L, PLT=90×10^9/L; 10. Liver and kidney function ALT, AST, STBS, CR50% DLCO measured value/predicted value>80.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having remote cancer transfer. 2. Having already received surgeryradiotherapy,chemotherapy,or target treat. 3. Be diagnosed in other cancer in 5 years(except cervical carcinoma in situ,basal cell carcinoma in skin,Urothelial carcinoma,early stage prostatic carcinoma) 4.Be received other medicinal trials in 1 mouth. 5.Pregnant or?breast-feed,or refuse to receive birth control duration of Therapy women . 6.Having serious?allergy history. 7.Having Serious Lung or heart disease. 8.Refusing or can not sign informed consent. 9.Misusing of drugs or alcohol.
