Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma

Interventions

experimental group: maintenance pemetrexed immediately after induction treatment with pemetrexed plus nedaplatin for advanced lung adenocarcinoma.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. histological or cytological diagnosis stage IIIb-IV Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma, measurable tumor lesions, and without chemotherapy; 2. performance status (PS) score of 0-2 points based on the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) scoring system; 3. >3 months of expected survival; 4. Adult patients (> 18 years of age); 5. absolute neutrophil =1.5×10^9/L, hemoglobin =80g/L, platelet =75×10^9/L, total bilirubin level =1.5×upper limit of normal (ULN), aspartic acid (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) = 2.5×ULN, and serum creatinine = 1.5×ULN; 6. no brain metastasis; 7. newly diagnosed cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. does not conform to the standard set of pathological type, stage, and survival of patients; 2. any unstable systemic disease (including acute infection, major cardiovascular disease, myocardial infarction} {include the past 1 years, any serious liver, kidney, or metabolic disease, metabolic disorder; 3. in addition to the in situ squamous cell skin cancer, cervical cancer, basal or intraductal carcinoma in situ (mammary gland), organ localized prostate cancer 4 kinds of feasible radical resection of malignant tumor, with any other malignant tumours within five years; 4. (researchers think) may be transmitted through blood or other body fluids, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis b (HBV) or hepatitis c (HCV) patients should be ruled out; 5. breastfeeding and/or pregnancy women.
