Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both gender aged 18~75 years; 2. To be with corneal opacity; 3. To be signed the informed consent, agreed to complete treatment andfollow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. To be with corneal perforation andexpecting have a vision; 2. To be with severe dry eye; 3. To be with eyes other organic disease; 4. To be with immune corneal diseases; 5. To be with paralysis of corneal ulcer; 6. To be with incomplete eyelid closure; 7. To be with system collagen connective tissue disease; 8. To be with severe allergic constitution; 9. Unble to accept the material due to the reason of religen or culture background; 10. Pregnancy or lactating women as well as who has a birth plan; 11. Liver function (ALT andAST) over than normal two folders; 12. Renal function (Cr) over than normal two folders; 13. To be with severe cardiovascular andcerebral vascular disease; 14. To be with low serum protein; 15. To be with diabetes; 16. To be with tumour; 17. To be involved in other drug or medical instrument clinical trials in last three monthes; 18. To be considered not suitable for this study.
