Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Must include the 4 criteria: : 1. (YMRS <12 BPI = 3 or HAMD <14 CGI-BP-S = 3), which is in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV bipolar disorder, currently in non-acute phase ; 2. Aged 18-65, male or female; 3. There is an acute onset of mood disorders in 4 months ; 4. Communicate in Putonghua with junior high school and above and understand informed consent; 5. Voluntary participation in the study, and commitment to cooperate with the required inspection and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person met any of the following items will not be included in the study : 1. Secondary mood disorders, organic brain dysfunction or other serious physical disorders; 2. Co-morbid personality disorder or any other axis ? diagnosis of mental disorders; 3. Alcohol / substance dependence disorder, suicidal intention in the past 1 month; 4. Severe cognitive dysfunction; 5. In the treatment of MECT, rTMS within one month or no response to systemic psychotherapy continued for 3 moths recently.
