Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.pathology diagnosed 2.measurable target lesion by imagine 3.achievable PDX model 4.plan to give chemotherapy 5. life expectation longer than 6 month 6.ECOG PS 0-1 7.consent signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women of childbearing potential without proper contraceptive methods; 2. Have other malignancies, Central nervous system disease or metastasis, other serious illness or medical condition (infectious disease any pre-existing heart disease, including congestive heart failure, stable and unstable angina etc); 3. patients who cant not understand the object of the study and do not obey orders of the study.
