Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients undergoing abdominal surgery to be ASA, I or II grade, age 20 to 50 years old, 18.5 BMI < 24, airway Mallampati grade I ~ II grade. The routine examination of heart, lung, liver and kidney function is normal, without neuromuscular disease, no pathological obesity, no serious anemia and malnutrition, no electrolyte and acid-base imbalance, preoperative drug history also did not take effect of neuromuscular function. No history of drug allergy. The operative time ranged from 1 to 2 hours. Understand the informed consent, and agreed to sign in the study before informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The routine examination of heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, neuromuscular disease, pathological obesity, severe anemia and malnutrition and electrolyte imbalance and acid-base imbalance, a history of drug effects of neuromuscular function taking before operation.
