18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as diffuse large B cell lymphoma 2. received at least two prior lines of chemotherapy and did not responsed to the last treatment expected to survive more than three months; 3. aged within 18-65 years; 4. Ann-Arbor stage of III-IV when enrolled; 5. ECOG score of 0-2; 6. WBC >=3×10^9/L, NEUT>=1.5×10^9/L, PLT>=75×1069/L; 7. sCR=50mL/min; 8. ALT, AST<=3×ULN, TBIL<=2×ULN.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with CNS involvement, or with other neoplasm; 2. poor performance status; 3. pregnancy women; 4. allergic to any of the study drugs; 5. active infection.
