Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with breast cancer at first time and underwent and do the chemotherapy after operative; 2. The patients signed the informed consent,be volunteered for the study and able to take the initiative to cooperate; 3. Aged 18 to 65years; 4. Can understand the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had or have other cancer; 2. patient didnt awareness of the cancer diagnosis; 3. had other severe diseases and can't cooperate with the researcher; 4. had psychiatric diagnoses or had intellectual deficits.
