Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy men and women of non-childbearing potential, 18 to 45 years of age inclusive, signing concent form; (2) the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI), show that well sleep quality, regular sleep habits, normal sleep/wake cycle, sleep no later than 1 PM every night, no early to get up before 6 o 'clock in the morning. sleep 6-9 hours each night on average, without too much sleep during the day or insomnia and other sleep disorders; (3) Normal liver and renal function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of acute infection or symptoms of infection Recently in 2 weeks; (2) work in shifts or night duty; (3) history of any neurologic or psychiatric illness including drug abuse.
