Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Choose elective general anesthesia downlink motor evoked potential monitoring spinal surgery patients, the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) I level or II, aged 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) has a neuromuscular transmission function of disease; (2) before operation with water and electrolyte balance disorder and liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) patients with suspected difficult airway.
