Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 93 consecutive STEMI patients who underwent primary PCI. Patients who underwent elective PCI, including 30 STEMI patients and 30 patients with stable angina. Ten healthy people were selected as controls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of myocardial infarction,severe valvular heart disease,congenital heart disease,chronic cardiac failure,Severe damage to liver and kidney function,and serious infection.
