1:To collect information on risk factors of lung cancer patients by a questionnaire survey.

2:To collect information on risk factors of lung cancer patients and healthy volunteers by a questionnaire survey.

3:To collect information on risk factors of lung cancer patients and healthy volunteers by a questionnaire survey.

4:To collect information on risk factors of lung cancer for healthy volunteers by a questionnaire survey, and analyze their DR and LDCT results, together with pathological evidence for lung cancer

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lung cancer patients and healthy volunteers who took annual physical examinations in West China Hospital of Sichuan University between 2007 and 2009.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lung cancer patients without pathological evidence and healthy volunteers with history of tumors
