Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) patients diagnosed according to the 2013 ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT and Connective tissue disease associated interstitial lung disease patients diagnosed according to 2015 ERS/ATS; 2. Male or female aged 40 to 80 years old; 3. Have good compliance; 4. Patients were fully informed of the purpose method and possible discomfort of the test, agree and signed in consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With lung infections need antibiotic treatment (Respiratory infection or systemic infection within four weeks); 2. Having malignant tumor; 3. Having serious diseases in other system and organ dysfunction; 4. Participating in other clinical trials within three months; 5. Pregnancy, breast-feeding women, planning to pregnant and those who can not take effective contraceptive measures; 6. There is any unsuitable situation for those selected.
