Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases diagnosed as OHT, NTG or POAG; age range 18-50 yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cases with other ocular disease, such as cataract,corneal opacity, uveitis and retinal disease; cases with other systemic disease,such as hypertension, diabetes; cases can not understand the research and refuse to attend the research.
