Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Institutional approval and informed consent, ASA I-III, aged 18-80 years, patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulation disorders; severe disfuction of vital organs:including liver function,renal function and cardiac function; cerebrovascular disease; systemic infection; preganant and/or lactation period woman.
