60 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly out-patients, in-patients and people for health examination in our hospital aged 60-70 years; 2. Patients were not previously diagnosed type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Patients signed informed consent and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental and cognitive impairment, could not meet the requirements of the study; 2. Patients with serious heart, lung and kidney failure; 3. Patients previously or currently have any malignant tumor; 4. Patiens have hemiplegia or motor nerve injury caused by any reason; 5. Patients have any myopathy; 6. Patients' body mass index less than 16Kg/m^2 or greater than 30Kg/m^2.
