18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. severe preeclampsia and platelets (100-350)*10^9/L (normal: (125-350)*10^9/L) in patients; 2. late pregnancy, singleton pregnancies in patients; 3. no contraindications spinal anesthesia and general anesthesia; 4. ban over eating six hours; 5. require postoperative analgesia; 6. no neurological history of mental illness, have full civil capacity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. full stomach and need to awake intubation anesthesia patients; 2. Emergency patients or incomplete spinal anesthesia block anesthesia patients required expulsion of the fetus under local anesthesia required; 3. merger with congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, renal dysfunction and other serious systemic illness; 4. The exact fetal distress; 5. the patient does not agree to participate in the clinical study.
