Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Our hospital Endoscopic Center gastroscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography in diagnosis of GIST patients, were detailed records of information.Tumor diameter <2.0cm and the patients with no adverse factors ,had a endoscopic follow-up every 2 years(when necessary, every 1 years).During follow-up, the tumor was found to grow up, but the diameter is less than 2.0cm, and no tumor invading the serosa, smooth surface, no tumor metastasis (integrated endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound, abdominal CT or magnetic resonance) included in this test;2)primary gastric;3)were willing to participate in this clinical study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) under 18 years of age or over the age of 75; 2) during pregnancy or lactating women; 3) previously by resection or endoscopic surgical operation GIST; 4) malignant neoplasm; 5) infection or sepsis without control; 6) heart,lung,kidney and other organ diseases; 7) gastroscopy patients with contraindications; 8) the diameter of GIST greater than 2.0cm; 9) imaging and endoscopic ultrasound consider GIST has been invaded and gastric serosa or transfer; 10) coagulation function in severe abnormalities; 11) participating in other clinical trials of patients; 12) researchers think of other reasons not suitable for clinical trials.
