18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18 years or older; has a confirmed or highly suspected infection consistent with severe sepsis; has two or more of the following: core temperature > 38.3°C or 90/min, Acute lung injury with PaO2/FiO2 12,000 µL–1or 4000µL–1, Platelet count?2.0 mg/dL (176.8umol/L),has norepinephrine after adequate fluid resuscitation at a dose of at least 0.1ug/kg/min to maintain systolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with vascular disease,such as arteriosclerosis,systemic vasculitis,thrombotic diseases
