Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient:(1)Patients ages 18 and older, men and women there is no limit;(2)On the basis of our country in 2007 guide for diagnosis and treatment of chronic stable angina A definitive diagnosis for chronic patients with stable coronary heart disease (CHD);(3) understand and volunteer to participate in the survey, and sign the informed consent.Healthcare provider:(1)medical students who participate in clinical practice more than one year;(2)work in the heart and related disciplines with more than one year of doctors and nurses and a research assistant;(3)understand and volunteer to participate in the survey, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute coronary syndrome (STEMI, Non-STEMI and UA within 1 month); With acute heart failure, or renal insufficiency (eGFR<30mL/min/1.73 m2) or severe hepatic insufficiency (ALT or AST elevate more than 3 times than the normal level); Tumor, immune system disease, severe malnutrition or any life expectancy is shorter than one year; With cognitive disorder, a profound hearing loss or visual impairment.
