Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A diagnosis of lumbar degenerative disease; 2. Patient underwent open lumbar surgery; 3. Intractable pain around 40-60 hours postoperatively (two cases of low back pain, 7 cases of leg pain), VAS scores greater than 8 points; 4. Weak opioids and steroids could not effectively relieve symptoms (VAS more than 4 points, lasted more than 24 hours); 5. Postoperative physical examination showed the patients were neurologically normal; 6. No intraoperative iatrogenic injury of the spinal cord, cauda equina or nerve root occurred.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient with severe cardiovascular disease, cancer, other infectious diseases; 2. preoperative and postoperative lower extremity dysfunction; 3. have been iatrogenic intraoperative spinal cord, nerve root injury; 4. No posterior open surgery, have been got the minimally invasive surgery.
