19 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-80 years old; GCS=8 scores; APACHE II =10 scores; NRS=3 scores; The duration of ventilator>24h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe chronic disease or malignant cancer. Hematodialysis; Leaks of gas from the patient or ventilator system: such as leaks around tracheal tube, leaks through bronchopleuralfistula, leaks in the ventilator circuit and so on. Delivered oxygen concentration(FiO2)> 0.60. Instability of delivered oxygen concentration. Life expectancy<6 months.
