Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children aged 0-16 years old, male or female, their parents have willing to participate in this study; 2) The diagnosis include the pediatric brain tumor, traumatic brain injury, benign intracranial space-occupying, congenital skull deformity, spinal cord lesions, by the clinical manifestations, physical examination and radiological results; 3) The mass of the scalp as a control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients have been diagnosed with digestive disorders such as ulcers, bleeding, and gastrinoma; 2) The patients were associated with other organ systems-based diseases such as congenital heart disease, endocrine, blood, respiratory system diseases; 3) During the onset,any of proton pump inhibitor medicine was used.
