Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 19 to 22 years; 2. Standard body mass index between 20 and 25 kg/m2; 3. The subjects were ascertained to be in good health by means of medical histories, physical and routine laboratory examinations, electrocardiograms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All abstained from alcohol, took no medication, and were on a standard diet during the study.
