70 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis is ST-elevated acute myocardial infarction based by WHO standard; 2. Less than 1 month since the onset of ST-AMI; 3. Successfully vessel reconstructed and TIMI>3; 4. Aged >70 years old; 5. Patients who sign informed consent form and can finish whole follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with Refractory persistent ventricular tachycardia; 2. Complicated with severe cardiac conduction block and control of cardiac pacemaker; 3. Liver or kidney disfunction (ALT>80U/LCr>440mmol/L); 4. Hemorrhagic disease, malignant tumor; 5. Autoimmune disease or any serious fatal disease; 6. Coronary intervention therapy contraindications; 7. Complicated with any of following diseases: Congenital heart disease (congenital heart disease, such as ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, congenital patent duct, congenital malformation); primary heart valve disease; active myocarditis; pulmonary heart disease; hyperthyroidism heart disease, etc.; 8. Mental illness, no insight, not exact expression and unable to cooperation.
