Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: These participants were restricted to be 19 to 22 years old and have standard body mass index between 20 and 25 kg/m2. The subjects were ascertained to be in good health by means of medical histories, physical and routine laboratory examinations, and electrocardiograms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All of them were required to abstain from alcohol, take no medication, and take standard diets during the study.
