14 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14-75 years, male and female; 2. Premature ventricular beats or ventricular tachycardia without organic heart disease, diagnosed by ECG 3. Holter showed premature ventricular beats more than 5000 teats/24h, or PVCs=5%, or patient with ventricular tachycardia no effect by medication; 4. With significant clinical symptoms with premature ventricular beats by ECG test/ventricular tachycardia showing monomorphic ventricular arrhythmia. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Malignant tumor, severe anemia (Hb is less than 80 g/L) or other serious illness, life expectancy < 1 year; (2) With organic heart disease(Coronary heart disease, severe heart failure, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease) or heart echocardiography found abnormally); (3) Bad blood pressure (SBP=180 mmHg or DBP= 110mmHg or higher) or hypertension combined cardiomegaly; (4) Malignant arrhythmia with Hemodynamic instability or The same history of ventricular arrhythmias ablation; (5) Bradycardiac arrhythmia or intolerance to anti-arrhythmic drug therapy of the patients; (6) Reversible causes(Electrolyte disorders, drug, poisoning and infections, etc) cause of ventricular arrhythmias; (7) Have a family history of sudden death or syncope or presyncope; (8) Pregnant or lactating women; (9) Without capacity or lose some of their ability to act; (10) Cognitive dysfunction and dementia patients, patients with serious mental illness, ementia, such as alcoholism or drug addicts who can't to be collaborators; (11) Liver and kidney function obviously abnormal disease and other serious uncontrolled system(such as hematological system diseases); (12) Being take part in other research; (13)Patients unable or unwilling to sign a consent form.
