45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with breast cancer after radical resection; 2. Postmenopausal patients, positive responding of ER and/or PR; 3. Without history of other malignant tumor; 4. Patients who underwent adjuvant AIs (anastrozole, Letrozole or exemestane) or TAM endocrine therapy; 5. Have laboratory test regularly; 6. With normal liver and kidney function; 7. With normal baseline of plasma lipids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who haven't use anastrozole,Letrozole,exemestane or TAM for endocrine therapy; 2.The period of exemestane treatment is less than 12 months; 3.Haven't perform laboratory test as request; 4.Patints who have discontinued treatment of AIs; 5.Patients whose liver and kidney function is abnormal; 6.Patients receiving aditional endocrine therapy at the same time; 7.Patients will be withdrew from this study when they received oral lipid-lowering drug,but the data we obtained before will be taken into the statistical analyses.
