18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing major hepatectomy; 2. ASA I to III; 3. Aged 18 years and more, either sex; 4. Coagulation function is normal;platelet count>100×10^9/L, Hb of male=120g/L, Hb of female=110g/L; 5. Voluntary to participate the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency patient; 2. Patients with hematologic diseases; 3. Patients with infectious fever or bacteremia; 4. Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs(heart, hepar, lung, kidney); 5. Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Arrhythmia.
