40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40-80 years, both male and female, with or without smoking history; (2) GOLD Stage I-IV COPD: FEV1/FVC<70%, measured 20min after 400µg salbutamol inhalation; Healthy control: no respiratory disease diagnosis and other disease diagnosis,without antibiotics or no acute respiratory infection symptoms over the past four weeks; (3) With stable COPD: no COPD exacerbation during the latest 4 weeks prior to the recruitment; (4) With capability of communicating via oral conversation or written documents and signing informed consent and with agreement to receive and are capable of participating in study related auxiliary examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Received thoracic and abdominal operation and eye surgery in three months; (2) Severe cardiovascular, neural, hepatic, renal and hematologic diseases or malignancies that may interfere with the operation of the study; (3)Being treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs or active tuberculosis; (4) Mental illness: auditory hallucination, visual hallucination, taking antipsychotic drugs; (5) cognitive disorder: including dementia comprehension obstacles; (6) During pregnancy or breastfeeding women.
