Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Natives or migrants long-time living at above the altitude of 2500 meters; 2. Hemoglobin increased (female Hb >=19g/dl; men Hb >=21g/dl).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have suffering the following chronic lung diseases: pulmonary emphysema, bronchitis, bronchiectasis, alveolar fibrosis, lung cancer and so on, should be excluded; 2. Chronic respiratory disorders or other chronic changes caused hypoxemia, and cause secondary polycythemia should not be diagnosed as chronic mountain sickness; 3. People who living at altitude less than 2500m regions.
