18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 18 to 65 years, male/female; 2. BMI between 28 and 60; 3. stable body weight in pasting three months(below 3kg); 4. capable of knowledge; 5. performed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. rejecting Traditional Chinese Medicine; 2. knowledged by Traditional Chinese Medicine; 3. pregnant women; 4. complicated with severe liver or kidney disease; 5. suffering depression or mental illness out of control, unable to finish the questionnaire; 6. secondary obesity (endocrine disease, genetic, etc.); 7. unable to complete some measurements.
